The jury pool lounge for the 24th Judicial District Court is located in suite 1200 of the Thomas F. Donelon Courthouse located at 200 Derbigny Street in Gretna. Patrons must enter through the General Government Building at the Jefferson Parish General Government Center to get to the courthouse. Although rare, it is possible that jury selection can go beyond normal working hours, and you may be required to remain until the court authorizes your release. Therefore, you should make plans accordingly and bring with you any personal items you might need during this time, such as medications and snacks or other food items.
