Public Contract Change Order Notices

Act 343 of the 2011 Regular Legislative session, which amends La. R.S. 38:2192 and 38:2222, provides for the recording of public contract change orders. In an effort to further the spirit of transparency the law seeks to provide, the clerk of court provides below the recordation information of change orders recorded in the mortgage records. To obtain copies or to view the documents listed below, call (504) 364-2944 or subscribe to JeffNet, the clerk of court’s remote access service.
